Company Description Infrastructure Skill Development Academy (ISDA) is a not-for-profit organization focused on advancing knowledge, innovation, and sustainable practices in the construction and infrastructure sector. ISDA promotes skill development, sustainability, women’s empowerment, health, safety and environment (HSE) initiatives, and implements corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. The academy bridges the gap between academia and industry through targeted training programs and workshops that prepare individuals for careers in the infrastructure domain. ISDA works closely with government bodies, public sector units, corporates, policymakers, and sector experts, and has delivered over 100 national-level and 65 sponsored programs, training more than 3,000 middle and senior level officers. Guided by a distinguished National Advisory Committee, ISDA ensures its programs align with industry needs, emerging technologies, and India’s development goals.Role Description The Field Coordinator Cum Project-In-Charge is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning and execution of ISDA training programs and related projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with government departments, PSUs, corporates, and local stakeholders, coordinating participants and trainers, and managing schedules, venues, logistics, and on-ground resources. The role involves monitoring project progress, maintaining documentation and reports, ensuring adherence to ISDA’s quality, HSE, and CSR standards, and resolving operational issues. The Field Coordinator Cum Project-In-Charge will also support data collection, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement of training initiatives, while representing ISDA in field interactions and meetings.Qualifications Strong project coordination and field management skills, including planning, organizing, and monitoring multiple training programs or initiatives.Ability to build and maintain relationships with government agencies, PSUs, corporates, and local partners, with effective stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.Competence in documentation, reporting, and use of basic digital tools (MS Office, email, online collaboration platforms) to track activities and outcomes.Knowledge of construction/infrastructure sector practices, HSE principles, and an understanding of skill development and CSR-related initiatives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to address diverse participant groups and trainers.Capacity to work independently on-site, travel as required, and manage time and resources effectively under field conditions.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, social sciences, or a related field; prior experience in field coordination, training management, or development projects is highly beneficial.Demonstrated commitment to socio-economic development, gender equality, and inclusive practices in professional settings.
