The role involves installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network devices, servers, and cabling under minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.Perform basic LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity checks.Support hardware setup — servers, UPS, racks, and patch panels.Assist with cabling, labeling, and physical network maintenance.Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations and documentation.Provide onsite end-user support for connectivity issues.Requirements:1–2 years of IT or network support experience.Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Windows systems.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Willing to travel and work flexible hours.Preferred:Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics.CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification (preferred).Thanks and Have a Great Day!!
