The Field Engineer will install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and equipment at client locations, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably. The role involves performing diagnostics and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support, and documenting service activities and resolutions. The Field Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, support project implementation tasks, and follow established safety and quality standards. Regular travel to client sites within the region may be required.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent system issues in the field.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Field Service capabilities to interact with clients, explain technical matters clearly, and deliver professional on-site service.Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan service activities, coordinate resources, and support timely implementation of IT infrastructure projects.Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, network and systems administration, or hardware maintenance is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work independently on-site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate technical documentation.Familiarity with safety procedures, industry best practices, and customer service standards in field engineering environments.
