We're looking for a Field Executive who loves being out in the city and making things happen on the ground.This is a hands-on role — you'll be out meeting people, not stuck behind a desk. If you're energetic, persuasive, and enjoy turning a "maybe" into a "yes," this one's for you.WHAT YOU'LL DOApproach residential societies and communities, meet facility managers, and secure permissions and approvals for our on-ground eventsRun event operations end to end setup, on-the-day coordination, and getting collateral printed and readyVisit communities and partner institutions across Bangalore, build relationships, and bring them into our networkHandle vendor logistics, coordinating equipment, materials and partnersMake customer visits and support the team with day-to-day adminWHO YOU AREA graduate in any discipline. Freshers welcome, 1–2 years' experience a plusFluent in Kannada, English and Hindi (you'll use all three every day)Personable and convincing, comfortable winning over a facility manager or a whole communityOrganised and dependable.
