Ballot Force works exclusively with one candidate per seat, treating each engagement as a singular mission where victory is the primary measure of success.Role Description The Field Intelligence Manager (FIM/TL) and Field Intelligence Officer (FIO/Surveyor) positions are full-time, on-site roles based in Chandigarh, India. Field Intelligence Managers lead and coordinate field survey teams, plan daily survey routes, ensure accurate household mapping, and oversee data collection quality and booth-level coverage. They work closely with the central command centre to translate field insights into actionable strategies, manage reporting schedules, and address operational challenges in real time. Field Intelligence Officers conduct door-to-door surveys, engage with local communities, capture voter sentiment, and record data with precision using digital tools and structured questionnaires. Both roles involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, adhering to standardized methodologies, and supporting election-day mobilization efforts through reliable ground intelligence.Qualifications Strong field operations and team leadership capabilities, including experience supervising survey teams and coordinating on-ground activities.Data collection and analysis skills, with the ability to use mobile or digital survey tools and maintain high accuracy in recording voter information.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse communities, conducting interviews, and building trust at the grassroots level.Problem-solving and situational awareness skills to manage field challenges, adapt plans quickly, and support real-time decision-making.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple locations, meet strict deadlines, and ensure complete booth and household coverage.Basic understanding of electoral processes, local political dynamics, and constituency-level issues; prior experience in political campaigns or field research is an advantage.Comfort working with technology, including smartphones, survey applications, and basic productivity tools; familiarity with GIS or mapping tools is a plus for managerial roles.Ability to work extended hours during peak campaign periods, travel within assigned constituencies, and operate effectively in high-pressure
