Adhere to WI/SOPs and ensure safe work through Permit to Work (PTW), Hot Work Permit (HWP), and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)Maintain good housekeeping across all work areas. Systems & ProcessesFollow maintenance procedures and maintain accurate records, checklists, and logs. Support spare parts management and ensure compliance documentation is updated. Maintenance ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance for admixture plants and support Powder & Resin plants. Execute PM activities, attend breakdowns, and support RCA/CAPA actions. Inspect equipment, report issues, and ensure availability of critical spares. Support shift work and emergency maintenance when required. Projects & MOCSupport installation, commissioning, and modification works. Ensure contractor safety compliance and proper permit processes. Continuous Improvement & 5SParticipate in Kaizen and improvement initiatives. Maintain 5S standards across assigned areas. QualificationsITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation0–2 years of experience in maintenance or fresh graduates with relevant technical trainingBasic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or plant equipmentUnderstanding of safety practices such as PTW and LOTO is an advantageWillingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a team environmentBasic troubleshooting skills and ability to handle routine maintenance tasksFlexibility to work in shifts and support emergency maintenance when requiredTechnical SkillsExperience in electrical, instrumentation, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Basic mechanical and plumbing knowledge with troubleshooting capability.
