Anchor Health Home Care fosters a supportive environment where caregivers and clients work together to create meaningful, compassionate home care experiences.Role Description The Field Marketer is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, responsible for representing Anchor Health Home Care within local communities and referral networks. This role involves visiting healthcare facilities, community organizations, and events to build relationships, promote services, and generate qualified leads. The Field Marketer will coordinate and execute outreach campaigns, distribute marketing materials, and provide information to prospective clients and partners. Day-to-day activities include tracking outreach efforts, reporting on market feedback, collaborating with the internal marketing and intake teams, and supporting local events or presentations. The role requires consistent in-person engagement, professional communication, and a strong understanding of Anchor’s services and values.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in field marketing, community outreach, and relationship building with healthcare providers, social service agencies, and local organizations.Experience with basic marketing techniques, including event coordination, collateral distribution, and brand representation in public settings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly, listen actively, and adapt messaging to diverse audiences.Organizational and time-management abilities, including planning daily field visits, maintaining accurate records of activities, and meeting outreach targets.Knowledge of or interest in home care, healthcare services, or related fields; prior experience in healthcare marketing or patient outreach is a plus.Comfort working on-site and in the field throughout New York, NY, including traveling between locations as needed.Proficiency with common office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or contact tracking systems) to document and report outreach efforts.High level of professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices when engaging with families and community partners.Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
