Field Marketer - SaaS

About SelzStackSelzStack is an offline-first inventory, sales and retail management platform designed to help businesses manage their products, sales, inventory, expenses and business records more efficiently.We are currently expanding SelzStack into the retail market, starting with pharmacies and subsequently expanding into groceries, electronics, boutiques, supermarkets and other retail businesses.We are looking for a Field Marketer who will help us take SelzStack directly to businesses and turn prospects into active customers.The RoleAs a Field Marketer, you will be responsible for going into the field, identifying potential businesses, introducing them to SelzStack, demonstrating the platform, assisting with onboarding and following up until they become active users.This is a field-oriented role. The successful candidate must be comfortable visiting businesses physically, speaking with business owners and decision-makers, demonstrating software and working toward clear monthly targets.Key Responsibilities* Visit pharmacies and other target businesses within your assigned territory.* Identify and engage potential SelzStack customers.* Introduce business owners and managers to SelzStack and explain its benefits.* Demonstrate SelzStack to prospective customers.* Assist new customers with registration, KYC and initial account setup.* Assist customers with setting up their inventory where required.* Follow up with prospects and businesses that have shown interest.* Maintain accurate records of business visits, prospects, demonstrations and conversions.* Build and maintain relationships with business owners.* Encourage customers to actively use SelzStack after onboarding.* Identify opportunities for subscriptions and upgrades.* Provide feedback from the field to the management/product team.* Meet assigned daily and monthly acquisition targets.* Represent Rewod Technologies and SelzStack professionally in the field.What We’re Looking For* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.* Comfortable working independently in the field.* Strong persuasion and sales ability.* Goal-oriented and self-motivated.* Good follow-up skills.* Basic understanding of smartphones, computers and business software.* Ability to learn and demonstrate a software product.* Ability to keep accurate records and submit activity reports.* Previous experience in sales, marketing, field marketing, SaaS or business development is an advantage.CompensationTotal Salary: ₦150,000/monthBase Salary: ₦98,000/monthPerformance Allowance: Up to ₦52,000/month based on achievement of assigned targets.Additional Commission: ₦2,000 per qualified business successfully referred and onboarded, subject to the company’s verification criteria.Subscription Commission: Eligible marketers also receive 10% of subscription revenue from their referred businesses, subject to the applicable terms of the referral program.
