Field Marketer NeededJoin a fast-growing HR and business consulting firm focused on helping businesses improve their structure, systems, people, and overall performance. We are seeking a results-driven Field Marketer to drive client acquisition and connect businesses with our professional consulting solutions.Location: Lagos Island, Ikeja, and YabaSalary: ₦100,000 + 10% CommissionEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities• Identify and engage prospective clients through field marketing activities• Promote the firm’s business structuring, HR, recruitment, and consulting services to businesses• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients• Follow up on prospects and convert leads into paying clients• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers• Conduct field visits and direct business-to-business outreach within assigned locations• Stay updated on the firm’s service offerings, business consulting solutions, and market trends• Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets• Submit daily and weekly reports on field activities, leads, and client engagementsRequirements / Qualifications• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience specifically in Field Marketing is mandatory• Candidates must have experience marketing or selling business consulting, professional services, or B2B solutions• Must have a good understanding of business consulting services and be able to confidently communicate their value to prospective clients• Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition through field marketing• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills• Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision• Good knowledge of Lagos Island, Ikeja, Yaba, and surrounding business environments• Must reside within or close to the preferred work locationPlease note: Candidates without proven field marketing experience and knowledge of business consulting/professional services will not be considered.How to ApplySend your CV to peace.hireexpress@gmail.comCC: hireexpress.careers@gmail.comKindly use “Field Marketer – Preferred Location (Island, Ikeja, or Yaba)” as the subject of your email.
