Employment Type: 1-year and extendable contract (longterm), outsourcedWork Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesNotice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of noticeMust have a valid UAE Driving License (DL)Job Purpose:To supervise and coordinate the activities of AMI field engineers and technicians in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems, including LV electrical tasks.

The Supervisor ensures adherence to standards, optimizes workflow, manages resources, and drives operational excellence across assigned projects and zones.Required Experience:Minimum 7 years’ experience in AMI or metering systems, including LV electrical work and team supervision.Proven expertise in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AMI meters and communication devices.Strong leadership, team management, and resource planning skills.Proficient with engineering tools, diagnostic equipment, and relevant software.Lead and supervise the daily activities of AMI field teams, ensuring timely and quality completion of installation, commissioning, and maintenance tasks.Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex AMI and LV electrical issues, providing technical guidance as needed.Plan and allocate resources, manage work schedules, and monitor progress against project timelines.Conduct site inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and UAE regulations.Review and validate engineering documentation, work orders, and system updates in FSM and ITSM (Remedy) systems.Liaise with customers, internal teams, and management to address escalations and ensure service excellence.Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and recommendations for process improvements.Mentor and develop field engineers and technicians, promoting best practices and continuous learning.Support logistics, inventory management, and procurement for AMI projects.Responsible for supervision and performance management of field teams within assigned zone.Manages escalations and complex work orders across commercial and residential sites.Reports operational status, resource utilization, and performance metrics to management.Supports logistics, inventory, and internal communication processes.If you are interested & have the above required experience, please apply here with your latest resume and we shall get in touchw ith you.Thanks & Regards,AIQU
