Field Promoter – Sampling & Brand Activation

About Bonn Medical IndustriesBonn Medical Industries is a Saudi-based manufacturer specializing in healthcare products, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, and related consumer products.As part of our ongoing marketing and brand activation activities, we are looking for energetic Field Promoters to represent Bonn and its brands across selected locations, events, retail points, and promotional activations.Role OverviewThe Field Promoter will represent Bonn brands directly in front of consumers during marketing activations, events, malls, pharmacies, retail locations, and other assigned venues.The role focuses on distributing free product samples, introducing products to consumers, encouraging product trial, communicating key brand messages, and creating a positive brand experience.This is a highly customer-facing and field-based role that requires energy, confidence, professional presentation, and strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSampling & Brand ActivationDistribute free product samples during assigned campaigns and activations.Approach and engage consumers professionally.Introduce Bonn products and explain their main benefits in a simple and engaging way.Encourage consumers to try products and interact with the brand.Support promotional campaigns, product launches, events, exhibitions, and retail activations.Represent Bonn and its brands professionally at all times.Customer EngagementStart conversations with consumers in a friendly and confident manner.Answer basic product-related questions after receiving the required product training.Communicate promotional messages clearly and consistently.Encourage customer participation in sampling activities and brand experiences.Collect basic customer feedback when required.Activation ExecutionFollow the activation plan, schedule, and assigned location.Ensure samples and promotional materials are organized and available.Maintain a professional and attractive activation area.Support setup and organization of booths, stands, or promotional materials when required.Monitor sample quantities and report shortages to the supervisor.ReportingReport the approximate number of samples distributed and customer interactions.Share relevant customer feedback and common questions.Report operational issues during activations.Submit simple daily activity reports when required.Required QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Confident and comfortable approaching new people.Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.Professional appearance and behavior.Comfortable working in malls, pharmacies, retail locations, exhibitions, and public events.Ability to stand and interact with customers for extended periods during activations.Good Arabic communication skills.Ability to learn basic product information quickly.Commitment to schedules, attendance, and activation guidelines.Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.Flexibility to work during promotional campaigns, events, weekends, or different shifts when required.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience as a Promoter, Brand Promoter, Usher, Brand Ambassador, Beauty Promoter, or Event Staff.Previous experience in Cosmetics, Skincare, Beauty, Personal Care, Retail, or FMCG.Experience distributing samples or participating in brand activations.Experience dealing directly with consumers at malls, exhibitions, pharmacies, or events.Basic English communication skills.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for energetic personalities who enjoy interacting with people and can represent a brand confidently and professionally.Previous experience is an advantage, but strong communication, energy, presentation, reliability, and customer engagement ability are the most important qualities for this role.
