A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Field Quality Leader at Siemens Energy, you will target experienced professionals in mechanical or industrial engineering with a strong background in field service operations. You will lead impactful projects focused on reducing Avoidable Non-Conformance Costs (NCC) and enhancing fleet reliability, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Expect to work in a collaborative team culture that values quality ownership, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement, all while driving meaningful change across the Gas Services value chain.How You’ll Make An ImpactDrive reduction of Avoidable NCC by identifying systemic quality gaps and process inefficiencies.Lead the deployment of Field Quality and Tooling Quality strategies aligned with business priorities.Investigate significant fleet issues and customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis.Analyze fleet data and customer feedback to identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities.Facilitate workshops to promote preventive actions and cross-functional collaboration.Develop management reports and dashboards to highlight quality trends and improvement actions.What You BringBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.5-7 years of experience in Field Service Operations and Project Execution.Strong understanding of Rotating Equipment service and maintenance environments.Proven experience in leading quality improvement programs and operational excellence projects.Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.About the TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
