You'll walk into hospitals across Bengaluru, talk to the administrators and operations teams running them, and carry what you learn straight back to the founding and product teams. They become the roadmap.🛠️ What You'll Do → Visit hospitals across Bengaluru and meet administrators, operations teams, and decision-makers → Ask them about the operational challenges they deal with every single day → Map their current processes, bottlenecks, frustrations, and technology gaps → Document conversations, observations, and the pain points that keep recurring → Share your findings regularly with the product and leadership teams → Follow up, dig deeper, and turn scattered observations into patterns worth building for → Spend a meaningful part of your week out in the field, not behind a desk✅ What You BringMust-Have: → 0–2 years of experience in any field – fresh graduates are genuinely welcome → Based in Bengaluru and comfortable travelling across the city regularly → Fluent in Kannada, comfortable communicating in English → Your own 2-wheeler for field visits → Confidence walking into an unfamiliar place and starting a frank conversation → Organised enough to document what you learn and communicate it clearly → Proactive and independent – comfortable in a fast-moving startup → The instinct to ask "Why do you do it this way?" and actually wait for the answerNice-to-Have (Bonus Points!): → Any exposure to field research, surveys, market research, or community work → Familiarity with how hospitals or clinics operate, from any angle → Comfort with note-taking and documentation tools → Interest in health-tech, startups, or product discovery → Additional languages spoken around BengaluruWhat We DON'T Expect: No healthcare industry background.
