Field Sales Executive - B2B IT & Networking (Dubai)

Who we areGear-up.me is a Dubai-based B2B provider of IT hardware and networking products - Ubiquiti, enterprise networking, workstations, and components. 50,000+ SKUs, direct sourcing from key suppliers in and outside the region, and we ship across the GCC. Our customers are system integrators, SMEs, corporates, schools, and government.The role, in one lineGet out of the office, find companies that buy IT hardware, and win their business.This is a hunting role. You will spend most of your week in front of customers, not at a desk. There is no team to manage and no strategy deck to write - just you, a territory, and a target.What you'll do

• Open new B2B accounts - calls, emails, LinkedIn, and walking in the door
• Meet customers face to face, 8-10 meetings a week
• Quote, negotiate, and close
• Grow the accounts you win
• Keep your pipeline in the CRM (Freshsales)What you'll earn
• Base from 7,000 AED per month
• Progressive bonus, uncapped: every additional 100,000 AED you sell above your monthly target adds bonus to that month's pay.
• Our best people earn more from bonus than from base. That is the whole idea.What we need from you
• 1–3 years of B2B sales in the UAE - IT hardware, electronics, or technical products preferred
• You would rather be out selling than sitting in the office
• Comfortable cold calling and walking into a business that has never heard of you
• UAE driving license
• Strong English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plusPractical
• On-site in Dubai. Monday–Friday plus alternate Saturdays.
• 30 days annual leave after probation. Company visa and medical insurance.
