If so, we want to hear from you.Position: Field Sales Executive (Accounting & Tax Services) Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Type: Full-time, field based Compensation: Competitive Salary + Attractive IncentivesAbout Us: GoStride Ventures provides accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and payroll services to small and medium businesses across the Emirates. Every company in the UAE has to keep proper books and meet its filing obligations, so this is not a nice-to-have you have to talk someone into wanting. The job is to reach the owners who are handling it badly, or not at all, and show them a better option.What You Will Do:Visit businesses and business centres across Dubai to introduce our accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax and payroll services.Build referral relationships with business centre managers, business setup consultants, PROs and corporate service providers, who meet new companies before anyone else does.Qualify prospects, book meetings, and run them with the accounting team behind you whenever a technical question comes up.Prepare and follow up proposals, negotiate, and close engagements.Keep your pipeline and visit log current, and report weekly on visits, meetings and conversions.Stay close to new clients through onboarding so the relationship starts properly.What We Are Looking For:Two or more years of B2B field sales in the UAE, including genuine in-person prospecting rather than purely phone or inbound work.Comfortable spending most of the week out of the office, on your feet, hearing no before you hear yes.Able to hold a credible business conversation with an owner-manager, and the judgement to bring in a colleague when a question turns technical.Excellent spoken English. Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Malayalam is a real advantage with the SME base here.Organised enough to keep records that someone else can read.Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage. Transport costs for client visits are covered.You do not need an accounting background.
