Field Sales MarketerCompany: Just EggsLocation: Berger / OPIC / Mowe, LagosSalary: ₦100,000/month + performance-based incentivesSchedule: Monday – SaturdayType: Full-timeAbout the RoleJust Eggs is looking for a young, energetic and confident Field Sales Marketer to help us grow our customer base.You will be responsible for going into assigned areas, identifying potential customers, introducing Just Eggs, generating leads and securing new customers and orders.Responsibilities- Find and approach potential customers in person.- Promote Just Eggs to businesses and individuals.- Target restaurants, hotels, bakeries, supermarkets, food vendors, households and other potential customers.- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.- Meet daily customer acquisition/sales targets.- Follow up with potential customers.- Submit daily activity and sales reports.- Maintain regular communication with the team.Requirements- Previous field sales, outdoor marketing or direct sales experience is REQUIRED.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Confident and comfortable approaching new people.- Energetic, presentable and approachable.- Self-motivated and target-driven.- Comfortable working outdoors and independently.- Must live within or very close to Berger/OPIC/Mowe. Berger is strongly preferred.- Female candidates are preferred.Work StructureThis is primarily a field-based role. You will not need to report to the office every day, but may be required to come in for meetings, training or other work-related activities.Daily targets and reporting are required.
