The role involves identifying prospective customers, explaining Bajaj Finserv’s lending and financial products, and converting leads into successful sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customers and channel partners, conducting product presentations, maintaining regular follow-ups, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle. The Field Sales Officer will build and manage strong client relationships, gather market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and support business growth. The role also requires accurate documentation, adherence to compliance guidelines, and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Relationship Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and maintain ongoing partnerships.Candidates should possess solid Client Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure responsive support and a positive customer experience.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interpersonal interaction.Relevant experience in field sales, financial services, or consumer lending is beneficial.Ability to work in a target-driven environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools) is preferred.Minimum educational qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.Willingness to travel locally within Durgapur and surrounding areas as part of daily field activities.
