Sales Officer – CATL EV Batteries & Spare Parts

Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to lead the on-field sales of CATL EV batteries and battery spare parts.

The role will involve developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating marketing activities, and driving sales through direct and insurance-backed channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive on-field sales of CATL EV batteries and battery spare parts.Identify and develop new business opportunities within the EV commercial vehicle segment.Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, fleet owners, institutional customers, and other business partners.Generate leads, conduct customer visits, and convert opportunities into sales.Coordinate and support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and provide suitable battery solutions.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.Coordinate with insurance-related stakeholders for insurance-backed battery sales and replacement opportunities.Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and provide regular market feedback.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, ORDiploma/Degree in Electrical, Automobile, Mechanical, or related Engineering.ExperienceRelevant, hands-on experience in the EV commercial vehicle segment, particularly in sales and/or after-sales operations, is required.Technical KnowledgeBasic understanding of Lithium-ion batteries, EV technology, charging systems, or related components will be an advantage.SkillsStrong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.Target-oriented with strong follow-up and business development capabilities.Willingness to work extensively in the field.MobilityValid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.Personal two-wheeler is preferred for regular field visits.LanguageProficiency in Nepali and English, both written and spoken.
