Field Sales Representative

About the JobWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team, responsible for both indoor and outdoor sales activities within the logistics sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing client-facing fieldwork with in-office coordination and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor client visits and networking2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients3. Handle indoor sales activities, including responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads4. Understand client requirements and offer tailored logistics solutions5. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively6. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status8. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets9. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the logistics industry

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the logistics field2. Strong understanding of freight, shipping, or supply chain services3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills4. Ability to work independently and manage both field and office responsibilities5. Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals6. Valid driver's license (for outdoor client visits)7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
