The applicants should possess at least 3 years technical support experiences in governmental secure issuance of National ID / Driver Licenses / Passports. Solid expertise in the field of centralize and decentralize personalization. Responsible for delivering robust, high-performance solutions into live environments while contributing to upstream definition and development.Key Responsibilities1. Implementation & Delivery (Primary Focus)Lead FAT, SAT, CAT, and UAT testing, including test plans and acceptance criteriaInstall, configure, commission, and deploy personalisation equipment and supporting IT infrastructureWork with industrial-grade personalisation machines, as the role will support the delivery of TOPPAN Security’s CHROMA solution.Perform calibration, fine-tuning, and optimisation (print quality, mechanical alignment, laser engraving, document transport)Diagnose and resolve mechanical and transport issues (jams, misfeeds, wear, alignment)Support deployment into live environments and ensure successful handover to operations (readiness, training, ramp-up)2. Operational Support & OptimisationProvide hands-on support for hardware in live environmentsTroubleshoot end-to-end issues across hardware, software, and IT layersMaintain system performance through calibration, optimisation, and transport tuningInvestigate recurring issues and implement root cause fixesCollaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve defects and improve system reliabilityEnsure compliance with quality, configuration, and operational standards3. Development & Supplier Engagement (Supporting Role)Contribute to requirements, specifications, and technical validationWork with R&D, IT, procurement, and suppliers to ensure integrated, supportable solutionsSupport supplier selection and performance managementProvide input into improvements in calibration, transport reliability, and operational efficiencyManage risks, issues, change control, and configurationMaintain documentation and provide progress reportingSupport audits, compliance, and assurance activitiesBuild strong cross-functional relationships (Delivery, Engineering, IT, suppliers)ABOUT YOUQualificationsEducationBachelor of Engineering degree or related disciplineExperienceHands-on experience in hardware implementation and supportStrong background in FAT/SAT/CAT/UAT, installation, and commissioningExpertise in calibration, mechanical adjustment, and optimisation of precision/mechatronic systemsProven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issuesExperience with suppliers and live operational environmentsStrong root cause analysis, change/configuration management, and continuous improvement capabilitesDetail-oriented, methodical, and hands-onHigh focus on quality, precision, and reliabilityProactive, resilient, and effective under pressureStrong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholdersDesired experienceSolid IT infrastructure knowledge (servers, networking, system integration)Experience in secure identity or regulated environmentsExposure to manufacturing/production systemsKnowledge of system security/hardeningAdditional InformationRegular international travel (EMEA, APAC, LATAM)Flexibility required for deployment, testing, and live support activitiesTOPPAN Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
