Field Service Engineer – Medical Devices

Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys troubleshooting technical problems and working with innovative medical technology?We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to support specialist equipment used in radiotherapy and oncology, helping healthcare professionals deliver precise cancer treatments.Key responsibilitiesInstall, maintain and service medical equipment.Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity.Perform preventive maintenance and provide remote customer support.Deliver basic technical training and maintain accurate service documentation.What we're looking forAn engineering, electronics, IT or related technical background, or equivalent experience.Medical device or radiotherapy experience is essential.Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical, hands-on approach.Experience with Windows-based systems, hardware, software and networking.Fluent German and good English.A valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 75%.Candidates need to be based in Essen or Düsseldorf.We're particularly interested in motivated engineers who enjoy learning new technology and working independently.
