You'll provide coaching, troubleshoot technical challenges, ensure safety compliance, assist with workforce planning, and partner with internal teams to support project execution and customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesField Leadership & Technical SupportSupport field technicians with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and job executionProvide hands-on coaching and on-the-job trainingConduct job site visits and quality audits to ensure work is completed safely and to company standardsIdentify material requirements and coordinate parts procurement for repair projectsPartner with technical training teams to stay current on products, equipment, and industry best practicesOperations & Business ManagementReview operational and financial performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesMonitor service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metricsCollaborate with sales and estimating teams to develop repair scopes, labor requirements, and material needsProvide feedback on employee performance, development, and workforce planningSupport resource allocation and scheduling efforts across the service teamSafety & CompliancePromote and reinforce a strong safety cultureParticipate in and support safety training initiativesEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and industry standardsSupport continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, and operational excellenceQualificationsWe're interested in leaders with experience managing technicians, field crews, or service teams in a technical environment.Qualified candidates may come from backgrounds including:HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, facilities maintenance, construction, industrial service, utilities, transportation, or similar industriesField service management, operations management, maintenance management, or project supervisionTechnical service organizations with customer-facing responsibilitiesAdditionally, you should have:Experience leading, coaching, and developing field-based employeesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to analyze operational data and make informed decisionsExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilitiesBusiness, operations, or technical management experience gained through education, leadership roles, or a combination of both
