Field Service Manager France & Benelux🏢 Company: FläktGroup – Leading in HVAC solutionsFläktGroup is looking for an experienced Field Service Manager to lead and develop our Field Service Operations across France, Belgium and the Netherlands.In this key role, you will manage a team of Field Service Engineers and Planners, drive operational excellence, improve service performance and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. You will act as the operational partner of the Service & Operations Director, providing visibility on performance, resources, priorities and continuous improvement initiatives. The person will report to the Operations Manager France & Benelux.✅Your main responsibilitiesLead, coach and develop Field Service Engineers and Planning teams.Drive operational performance, planning efficiency and resource utilization.Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement actions.Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.Foster collaboration between Service, Sales, Technical Support and other stakeholders.Support a consistent service approach across France, Belgium and the Netherlands.✅ You are the person we are looking for if you have : Proven experience managing technical or Field Service teams.Strong leadership and people management skills.Experience with service operations, planning and performance management.Customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Fluent in French, Dutch and English.Willingness to travel regularly across the region.✅ What we offer : A regional leadership role with significant impact.The opportunity to shape and improve service operations across three countries.An international and collaborative working environment.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Interested?
