If you are looking for a company who has an overall rating on Glassdoor of 4.8 and who puts their people first, then continue to read below and join the FirstDiv team!Primary duties will include:FirstDiv is currently seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) III to support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) acquisition fielding program in support of Fleet Marine Force operations worldwide. The FSR will serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, fielding, and lifecycle sustainment support to operational Marine Corps units. Responsibilities include system maintenance, equipment issuance, installation, and recovery, New Equipment Training (NET), and support for test and demonstration events. The FSR will support operations in garrison and austere/deployed environments, as required.This is a full time, on site job. There is an estimated 20% amount of travel per year.
Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise and technical support for all system variants, including MAPS, DAPS, and DMSDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems and associated components at the organizational and field maintenance levelInspect, issue, recover, and maintain accountability of system components in accordance with applicable client directives, technical manuals, and established proceduresVerify systems are complete in accordance with SL3 requirements upon receipt from OEM, prior to issuance, and following recoveryPerform operational checks, fault isolation, configuration updates, and system upgrades, as requiredSupport the maintenance, issuance, installation, and recovery of systems and associated equipmentInstall and integrate electronic systems onto various USMC vehicle platforms in accordance with technical manuals and approved installation proceduresDeliver New Equipment Training (NET) to Marine units and end users on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systemsUtilize CMPro (inventory management system) to document logistics actions, maintenance activities, work orders, and asset accountability recordsCoordinate and communicate effectively with project officers, OEM representatives, engineers, logistics personnel, Marine units, and other program stakeholdersSupport test, demonstration, fielding, and sustainment events in support of program and operational requirementsMaintain compliance with applicable safety, security, maintenance, and accountability procedures while supporting mission requirements
Qualifications
Minimum of four (4) years of maintenance and repair experience supporting advanced military electronic systemsWorking knowledge of electronic warfare (EW), RF systems, military communications, and electronics principlesExperience supporting EW/RF family of systems with field-level maintenance and troubleshooting experienceProficiency in system diagnostics, fault isolation, root cause analysis, and replacement of defective componentsStrong verbal and written communication skills for reporting, coordination, operational feedback, and customer interactionProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applicationsExperience utilizing CMPro is preferred, but not requiredAbility to work independently and provide technical leadership in support of operational requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting USMC systems, programs, or operational unitsExperience supporting EW, RF, or tactical communications systemsPrior military experience, preferably within communications, electronics maintenance, EW, or related occupational fieldsExperience supporting fielding events, New Equipment Training (NET), operational testing, or sustainment activitiesFamiliarity with USMC maintenance, logistics, and accountability processesRequirements
Requirements
