Field Service Supervisor

Monerti is looking for a hands on supervisor to lead a field service team and own its quality.What you will do:Lead and transport the team to client locations daily, run on site quality inspections, handle client feedback in person, and train and sign off new team members.

Requirements

Valid Bahrain driving licence with a clean recordMinimum 3 years supervising housekeeping, cleaning or facilities staffArabic and English, spoken and writtenExperience with quality inspections and client complaint handlingAble to train and coach new staffFamiliar with LMRA and CPR proceduresComfortable working through a mobile appSix day week with early starts, Friday offImmediate Joiners preferred.
