The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a strong sense of teamwork.ResponsibilitiesCompleting repairs on Humanscale office productsDirect client interaction. The ideal candidate should be professional, polite, and present themselves wellDriving around central London completing Repair JobsFollowing a repair schedule to ensure that all daily tasks are completeInspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues reported by clients or colleaguesMaintaining Humanscale products in Clerkenwell ShowroomMaintaining tools and equipment required to perform the role effectivelyEvents set up which include layout of furniture and installationTrain/Liaise with Dealer network to explain any product issues/defects and how to rectify and remedy the issuesAvailability to work weekends when needed a necessityWorking out of Purfleet warehouse where stock and parts storedQualificationsMaintenance or relevant construction experience requiredFull Driving Licence held for at least 3 years.
