Field Service Technician

The technician is responsible for servicing, and repairing HVAC systems and related electro-mechanical equipment in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. ( CCU units, UPS system, Ventilation fans, VAV units and controls system ). Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, verifying system performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety and environmental standards. The role also involves responding to service calls, maintaining accurate service records, coordinating with supervisors and project teams, and supporting system upgrades and retrofits. Providing clear communication to customers and helping ensure their satisfaction with service quality and system reliability are key aspects of this role.QualificationsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for HVAC and electro-mechanical systems, including the CCU units, UPS system, Ventilation fans, VAV units and controls system. Good knowledge on motor starters, wiring connections and start up of ventilation fans. Experience with maintenance & repair and preventive maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.Commitment to customer satisfaction, with effective communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC, mechanical, or electro-mechanical engineering; or recognized HVAC qualification is preferred.Experience in field service or site-based HVAC work, ideally within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.Ability to work on-site.Basic proficiency with service reporting tools and willingness to follow company procedures and quality standards.
