A strong focus on diversity, inclusion, integrity, teamwork, and commitment shapes the company’s culture and relationships with clients, partners, and communities.Job DescriptionPosition Information Job Title Field Service Technician Reports to Maintenance and operation Site Engineer Department Maintenance and Operation Section ELECTRICAL Company Name EG&G Middle East Preparation Date September 03, 2026 Job Purpose●      Performs all electrical corrective and preventive maintenance.●      Performs Daily Operation Activities.●      Follow and implement departmental goals, objectives, and action plans.●      Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Engineer & Maintenance Operation Manager.Job Dimensions Number of Staff Supervised Direct Reports: 0 Total Reports: 0 Job Context●      Execute all maintenance work for X-Ray Screening systems and facilities, ensuring safety compliance through testing with proper tools.●      Responds to emergency calls & checks indicated points of trouble, analyzes full requirements of system involved, and checks and tests system components.●      Handle Daily Operation Activities.●      Perform repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting on X-Ray systems and general facility equipment.●      Prepare Site Gate Passes and proceed with requirements.●      Support the Project Team during the installation of new systems.●      Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities in collaboration with manufacturing teams.●      Support the team in all activities, coordinating logistics, and organizing tasks for independent or collaborative completion.●      Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including working at heights and handling heavy equipment.●      Work shifts, be on call, travel domestically, and cover for colleagues as needed.●      Provide expertise to other maintenance groups when required and travel to other sites cross-country as needed.●      Perform duties including basic reports and notes.Communication & Working RelationshipInternal: Operation and maintenance site teamExternal: Client, Vendors and SubcontractorsKey AccountabilityOperation and maintenance for all kinds of Technical, Operation and Logistics Works at Site.Qualifications, Experience, & SkillsMinimum Qualifications:●      Graduate of electrical technology or equivalent.●      Registered in Saudi Council of Engineers.●      Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and electrical tools and codes.●      Familiarity with Windows Microsoft tools.●      Completion of well-known training courses and seminars related to technical matters is an advantage.●      Ability to read, write and speak English is a must.●      Able to interpret electrical drawings and electrical control circuit diagrams is a must.●      Vehicle driving capability is an advantage.●      Training in Health & Safety is an advantage.●      Experience in X-Ray systems is a must.●      Experience in High Energy X-Ray systems is an advantage.●      Good communication skills with internal team and clients.●      Ability to travel to different sites if required.Experience●      Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar maintenance and operations role, preferably with exposure to X-Ray systems.
