The Field Service Technician will visit customer locations to diagnose and repair laptops and related devices, perform basic home service tasks as assigned, and ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing routine maintenance, installing or replacing components, documenting service activities, and providing clear guidance to customers on usage and preventive care. The team is committed to building trust through consistent, professional service, making tech repair and home maintenance more accessible and convenient for customers.Job Description – Laptop & CCTV Field TechnicianOhommer SnapFix Private Limited is looking for a skilled and responsible Laptop & CCTV Field Technician to join our growing service team.The technician will be responsible for visiting customer locations and providing professional laptop repair, computer troubleshooting, CCTV installation, maintenance and repair services.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer locations for laptop and CCTV service/repair.Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues.Handle laptop components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, battery, keyboard, display, charging port, etc.Perform Windows/OS installation, software installation and laptop upgrades.Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.Troubleshoot CCTV camera, DVR/NVR, power supply, wiring and connectivity issues.Perform basic networking and IP camera configuration.Identify technical problems and provide appropriate solutions.Maintain proper service reports and update job status.Handle customers professionally and ensure good service quality.RequirementsPractical experience in Laptop/Computer Repairing.Basic to good knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting.Knowledge of hardware, software and basic networking.ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.Good communication and customer-handling skills.Comfortable with field visits across Delhi NCR.Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.Freshers with relevant practical knowledge may also apply.Key SkillsLaptop Repair | Computer Hardware | Software Troubleshooting | CCTV Installation | CCTV Repair | DVR/NVR | IP Camera | Basic Networking | Field Service | Customer HandlingJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Delhi NCRCompany: Ohommer SnapFix Private Limited
