Field Service Technician

Insight Global is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to support our client's Enterprise Imaging Radiology and Cardiology solutions. In this role, you will provide both on-site and remote technical support to healthcare clients, ensuring the optimal performance of imaging systems. Your responsibilities will include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of imaging hardware and software, with a strong emphasis on minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.*We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.*Pay range for this role is between $27-$37/hr USD.Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.
