IT & AV Technician – Dubai📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💰 Salary: Up to AED 6,500 + Fuel Expenses💼 Employment Type: Full-TimeValid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Degree/Diploma attestation is mandatory from both the candidate’s home country and MOFA Candidates without a UAE Driving License must be willing and able to obtain one after selection.We are looking for an experienced IT & AV Technician to join our team in Dubai. The role involves installation, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer-site support across IT, AV, and Security solutions.⚠️ IMPORTANT – MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:Candidates must have hands-on experience in BOTH AV and Security systems.Experience in only AV or only Security will not be considered.Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, AV, and Security systems.
• Install and support Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), video conferencing systems, cameras, microphones, speakers, and presentation systems.
• Install and configure IP CCTV, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, storage, remote viewing, and related security systems.
• Support access control systems and related security solutions.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, display, connectivity, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and configure networking equipment including switches, routers, access points, and structured cabling.
• Support cybersecurity solutions including endpoint protection, antivirus, firewalls, and network security devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, migrations, and relocation projects.
• Attend customer sites and resolve technical issues within agreed SLA timelines.
• Conduct customer demonstrations and provide basic user orientation after installations.
• Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and technical documentation.
• Work independently or as part of a project implementation team while following OEM, HSE, and quality standards.Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in BOTH AV and Security systems is mandatory.
• Strong practical experience with AV solutions and CCTV/Security systems.
• Good knowledge of IT hardware, networking, troubleshooting, and field support.
• Experience with IP CCTV, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, video conferencing, IFPs, displays, audio systems, and networking equipment.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle customer-site assignments.
