With a focus on reliability and performance, Pinnacle enables healthcare providers to prioritize exceptional patient care.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in FL/GA, for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, and field service tasks on medical imaging equipment, primarily MRI and CT systems. The position involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The individual will collaborate closely with clients to deliver timely and effective support.QualificationsProficient in Field Service, including the installation, repair, and calibration of imaging equipmentStrong Troubleshooting and Technical Support capabilities to diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectivelyExperience in performing Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevityExcellent Customer Service skills with a focus on building strong client relationshipsRelevant knowledge of GE, Philips, and Siemens MRI/CT systems is a plusWillingness to work on-site in Stuart, FL, and travel to client locations as neededStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred
