The role supports desktop and mobile devices, hardware and software troubleshooting, IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change), asset management, VIP support, device deployment, incident resolution, and end-user computing services. The engineer works closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality IT support services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, and associated softwareDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.Perform break/fix support and incident resolution within agreed service levels.Support Microsoft Windows endpoints, mobile devices, and end-user computing technologies.Execute IMAC activities including installation, relocation, upgrade, replacement, and decommissioning of IT equipment.Deploy, configure, image, maintain, and refresh endpoint devices.Provide walk-up/Tech Bar support and direct customer assistance.Support VIP users and executive staff with priority service requirements.Maintain asset inventory, configuration records, and lifecycle management activities.Coordinate with Service Desk, Engineering, Infrastructure, and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues.Support software installations, upgrades, patching, and application deployments.Maintain compliance with security, privacy, and operational policies.Provide user training, technical guidance, and documentation as needed.Required SkillsEnd User Computing (EUC) support
