Our team of highly skilled and experienced engineers resolves over 75% of cases without needing Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through our Technical Assistance Center (TAC).In a similar scope, Arch Medical division is dedicated to servicing a wide range of medical imaging equipment. This includes MRI machines, CT scanners, x-ray rooms, portable x-ray devices, CATH labs, PET CT rooms, and nuclear medicine rooms. We offer 24/7 comprehensive maintenance support, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum patient safety, which our clients rely on with confidence.In both divisions, Arch Solutions provides world-class support that minimizes downtime while extending the life of equipment we all rely onRole and Responsibilities:As a Field Service Engineer (Imaging), you will play a critical role in delivering reliable, high-quality service to our customers while adding to the technical strength and professionalism of the broader engineering team. This role requires experience with at least one of the following: MRI, CT, fixed and portable X-ray, CATH labs, PET/CT, ultrasound and mammography.This role combines hands-on technical execution with collaboration, cross-training, and disciplined documentation to ensure consistent service outcomes.Diagnose, repair, calibrate and perform preventative maintenance (PM) on imaging equipment in your assigned region, to manufacturer specifications, service standards and contract commitments.Represent Arch with customers in a professional, solutions-oriented way, with clear communication and dependable follow-through.Support other engineers in the field on complex issues and share what you know.Travel between customer sites, prioritizing the locations and systems where service demand is highest.Identify the parts a repair needs, support quoting, and communicate requirements clearly so sourcing and approval happen on time.Manage the receipt, return and tracking of parts and tools, with proper handling, documentation and cost awareness.Keep service reports, PM records and system notes accurate and current.Work in compliance with regulatory requirements, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) guidelines and company policy, with consistent attention to the safety of patients, customers and team members.
