A seasoned leadership team oversees its broadcast, sports, entertainment, music, and corporate production services.Role Description The Field Shop Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Nashville, TN for the TNDV division. This role oversees day-to-day operations of the field shop, including scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring equipment preparation, maintenance, and dispatch for live sports and entertainment productions. The Field Shop Manager ensures inventory accuracy, organizes storage and workflow, and collaborates with production teams to meet project timelines and technical requirements. Responsibilities include supervising field shop staff, implementing safety and operational standards, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role also involves troubleshooting operational issues, improving processes, and supporting a high level of customer experience for production clients.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with crews, leadership, vendors, and clients.Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee field shop workflows, scheduling, logistics, and equipment readiness.Candidates should possess Store Management skills to manage inventory, organize storage areas, and maintain accurate records.Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to support internal and external stakeholders and ensure reliable delivery of services.Relevant experience in broadcast, live event production, or technical operations is highly beneficial.Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team supervision and performance management, are preferred.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills are required.High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., media, operations, logistics) is a plus.
