Field Specialist

This is a Cactus International position and is located in Dammam, 2nd Industrial City, Saudi Arabia As a field specialist, you will be responsible for:Performing all services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property.Performing on-site installation of for Conventional and unconventional Wellhead Systems in addition to offshore MLS Systems.Providing technical instruction and assistance to customer regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sitesMaintaining knowledge of applicable product line warranties, and accomplish effective warranty administrationpreforming the troubleshooting and providing routine maintenance checkout for wide range of equipment vintagePreparing timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outagesEducation and knowledgeHave Diploma or bachelor’s certificate with 2+ years of field experience Or in rig operations related to wellhead.Have experience in wellhead surface pressure control.Have working knowledge of well control best practices and procedures.Excellent mechanical aptitude.Have good drilling and general product knowledge to be able to maximize equipment performance.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with on-site and remote key individuals.Display an ability to analyze problems from data and identify root causes and provide efficient solutions.Have good computer skills.Be fluent in Arabic and English languages.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
