The clinic emphasizes comprehensive family-focused care, ensuring that individuals receive attentive and continuous support at every stage of treatment.Role Description The Field Staff Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at 5CareNetwork Clinic in Riyadh. This position is responsible for coordinating daily schedules and assignments for field staff, ensuring that patient visits and outreach activities are planned and executed efficiently. The coordinator will manage communication between clinical teams and field personnel, track attendance and performance, and address operational issues that arise during field activities. The role includes maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, supporting compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with management to improve workflows and service quality.Qualifications Experience in staff coordination, scheduling, and workforce management in a healthcare or service environment.Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to oversee multiple field activities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with medical teams, field staff, and patients.Proficiency with office software and basic data entry; ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.Knowledge of healthcare operations or primary care services is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
