This individual will oversee field operations, lead crews and foremen, coordinate labor and equipment, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.Why join us?Compensation & Opportunity$70,000–$77,000 starting salaryFull-time, direct-hire opportunityLeadership position with an established and growing organizationOpportunity to oversee high-profile commercial and public-sector projects throughout Southern CaliforniaJob DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesLead, direct, train, and mentor field foremen and landscape crewsOversee day-to-day field operations across commercial and public-sector projectsCoordinate labor, materials, equipment, and resource allocationEnsure landscape installations are completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standardsConduct daily job-site inspections and enforce OSHA and company safety requirementsMonitor labor efficiency, production, schedules, and daily field reportsCommunicate project progress, challenges, and resource needs to Project ManagersServe as a key point of contact between field crews, Project Managers, general contractors, and clientsInstall, troubleshoot, and maintain irrigation systems as neededCoordinate material and equipment requirements with the office teamIdentify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on scheduleQualifications5+ years of professional landscape industry experienceCommercial and/or public-sector landscape experience requiredStrong knowledge of landscape installation and maintenance practicesProficiency with irrigation systemsHands-on experience with landscape equipmentPrevious experience supervising crews, foremen, or field personnelStrong understanding of job-site safety and OSHA requirementsAbility to read plans, manage priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and leadership skillsDependable, organized, and detail-orientedSpanish-speaking skills preferredInterested in hearing more?
