Field Supervisor – Retail Promoters

Role: Supervise promoters deployed in Carrefour and Lulu across the UAE, ensuring strong sales performance, attendance and compliance with brand and store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits and monitor promoter performance against sales targets.
• Coach promoters on product knowledge, customer engagement and selling skills.
• Manage attendance, schedules and replacement coverage.
• Coordinate with store management and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor stock availability, product displays and promotional activities.
• Submit sales, attendance and store visit reports.

Requirements

• Experience in retail field supervision, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong communication, team management and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with Carrefour and Lulu operations.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the UAE.
