As we continue to grow, we’re seeking passionate professionals who are ready to innovate and help drive the future of the AV industry.Everything we do is supported by our Core Values:Improve every dayDo whatever it takesTake ownershipSlow down to speed upLearn, share, repeatElevate othersAbove all, build trustIf this sounds like you, you might be a great fit for our team, and we’d love to talk to you.What You Will Do:Job Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance on integrated AV systems, including inspections, testing, and updates to ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot and resolve issues across audio, video, control systems, and conferencing technologiesAnalyze signal flow and system configurations to identify and correct faultsModify DSP configurations and load/verify AV control processor programmingReplace defective components and coordinate RMA processes when neededRead and interpret system drawings, signal flow diagrams, and technical documentationDocument all service activities, system conditions, and resolutions, and communicate updates to internal teams and customersWhat We’re Looking For:Education and Certifications:High School Diploma or equivalentRequired within first year:OSHA 10 certificationAVIXA CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)AVIXA CTS-I certificationAV9000 CQT (Certified Quality Technician)OSHA 30 certificationExperience:3+ years of experience working with integrated audiovisual systemsWhat We Prefer:Strong understanding of audio and video signal flowExperience troubleshooting integrated AV systems in commercial environmentsFamiliarity with videoconferencing and audioconferencing platformsBasic knowledge of AV control systems and networked AV environmentsProficiency in cable terminations (crimp, solder, captive screw, and related standards)Ability to read and interpret signal flow diagrams, installation drawings, and technical documentationAbility to work independently in a mobile field environmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and travel up to 20% with a valid driver’s licenseLevel 3 Audiovisual is an equal opportunity employer.
