Field Systems Software Technician (NeoCloud / AI)

We are hiring a Field Systems Software Technician to be the front line of our installation and service work in the UAE. You will install and configure NeoCloud / AI software for data-center and enterprise customers, coordinate with our backend developers, and work with customer IT so go-lives land cleanly.This is a technician role: hands-on software setup, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical work. Hardware rack and cabling is not the focus.What you will doInstall, configure, and validate NeoCloud / AI software on customer environments- Work with our backend team on deployments, upgrades, and escalations- Speak clearly with customer IT on requirements, access, timelines, and handoff- Own the site visit or remote session from prep through sign-off- Document what you installed and what remains open- When you have the skill: support demos and technical sales conversations (strong plus)What we are looking forRequired:Experience installing or operating software in Linux / server / cloud environments- Networking basics (DNS, firewalls, VPN, ports) enough to unblock installs- Clear spoken English for customer and internal calls- Willing and able to travel to customer sites in the UAE- Able to learn unfamiliar products quickly with documentation and backend supportStrong plus:Prior sales, pre-sales, or demo experience for technical products- NeoCloud, GPU / AI infrastructure, or similar stack exposure- UAE driving licence- Experience coordinating with remote engineering teamsNice to have:Scripting (Bash / Python) for install and health-check automation- Basic observability / logs familiarityWhat we offer:Visa sponsorship available for the right hire- Front-line ownership of real customer installs- Room to grow as install volume increasesHow to apply:Email hr@raqi.work with subject: Field Systems Software Technician [Your Name]Include: CV (PDF), LinkedIn URL, current city and country, UAE visa status, UAE driving licence yes/no, notice period, salary expectation (AED monthly or annual).Incomplete applications may not be reviewed.
