Team members contribute to innovative field implementations that directly impact client performance and sustainability goals.Role Description The Field Tracer Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, the technician prepares, handles, and deploys nanoparticle tracer materials at oilfield and related industrial sites in accordance with QuantumPro’s operational procedures and safety standards. Daily activities include setting up and monitoring tracer injection equipment, performing routine checks on flow conditions, collecting field data and samples, and documenting tracer deployment parameters. The technician collaborates with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate execution of tracer programs, communicates field observations, and assists with troubleshooting equipment or process issues. The role also involves maintaining tools and instrumentation, following environmental and regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous improvement of field operations.QualificationsField operations and technical skills: experience working in oilfield or industrial environments, familiarity with pumps, injection systems, and basic instrumentation, and ability to read and follow technical procedures.Measurement and data handling skills: capability to collect samples, record operational data accurately, and use basic measurement and monitoring tools; comfort with following standardized test and diagnostic protocols.Safety and compliance skills: strong commitment to HSE standards, proper handling of chemicals and field equipment, and adherence to company, client, and regulatory requirements.Problem-solving and collaboration skills: ability to identify issues in the field, support troubleshooting efforts, and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams under changing site conditions.Communication and organizational skills: clear written and verbal communication, organized documentation of field activities, and reliable time management in demanding operational schedules.Education and experience: technical diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial technology) is preferred; prior field technician or oilfield service experience is an advantage.Additional qualifications: willingness to work shifts and extended hours, readiness to travel to field locations, and ability to perform
