Team members contribute to cutting-edge subsurface diagnostics that support safer, more efficient, and more sustainable energy production.Role Description The Field Tracer Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for preparing, handling, and deploying nanoparticle tracer products at well sites in accordance with company procedures and client specifications. The technician will operate and monitor automated tracer injection equipment, perform field measurements and basic diagnostics, and document operational data and observations in a clear and timely manner. The role includes coordinating with field engineers, client representatives, and logistics personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate tracer operations. Daily tasks also involve maintaining equipment readiness, adhering to safety and environmental standards, and supporting troubleshooting and quality control activities in the field.QualificationsStrong practical skills in field operations, including equipment setup, monitoring, and basic maintenance in oilfield or industrial environments.Ability to follow technical procedures, perform accurate measurements, and record data with attention to detail and quality standards.Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices relevant to field work, including adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and client representatives on site.Basic understanding of hydraulic fracturing, reservoir diagnostics, or related oil and gas processes is preferred.Comfort working in remote field locations, on rotational or extended schedules, and in varying weather and operating conditions.Relevant technical diploma or degree (e.g., petroleum engineering technology, mechanical or chemical technology, industrial operations) or equivalent field experience.Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates; prior regional field experience is an advantage.Willingness to learn proprietary tracer technologies and participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
