Field TrainerExperience: 3–5 years (Dine-in restaurant background)Reports To: Training ManagerRole Purpose:Train and coach restaurant staff across outlets to ensure consistent service quality, food standards, and SOP compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Train new hires on service, POS, and hygiene standardsConduct on-floor coaching and refresher training for existing staffSupport new store openingsMonitor training effectiveness Identify skill gaps and close them with targeted trainingMaintain training records and reportsTravel across assigned outlets/region
Requirements
Graduate (Hospitality preferred)3–5 years in dine-in restaurant operations, incl. training/floor supervisionStrong communication and coaching skillsWilling to travel extensivelyBasic POS & MS Office knowledge
