The role involves conducting field visits and phone-based checks to verify residential addresses, employment details, education, and supporting documents.The ideal candidate should be comfortable travelling around Dubai, interacting with individuals and companies professionally, and accurately recording verification findings.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to residential and business addresses for address verification.Verify employment details by visiting company offices or workplaces when required.Conduct education and document verification activities.Perform phone-based verification checks with relevant individuals or organizations.Collect accurate information and identify discrepancies during verification.Capture required photographs and field evidence using mobile applications.Update verification results and case details accurately in the system.Prepare and submit clear and accurate verification reports within required timelines.Escalate incorrect, incomplete, suspicious, or unclear information to the Operations Team.Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy when handling personal and employment information.Follow established verification procedures and operational guidelines.Manage assigned cases independently and complete verification activities within agreed timelines.Requirements1–4 years of relevant experience in Field Verification, Background Screening, Banking, Telecom, Collections, Field Sales, Investigation, or other field-based roles.Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.Comfortable travelling to different locations across Singapore for field visits.Valid Singapore driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and online reporting systems.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Able to communicate effectively in English.Knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Key SkillsHonest, reliable, and responsible approach to work.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good time management and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good reporting and documentation skills.Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.Ability to work independently in a field environment.Comfortable using mobile technology and digital reporting tools.Professional and respectful approach when conducting verification checks.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:Field Verification / Background VerificationBankingTelecomCollectionsField SalesInvestigationCustomer VerificationField Operations
