FIG Associate / Vice President – Investment Banking

We are working with a leading full service investment bank looking to hire an Associate or Vice President within its FIG investment banking team in London.The role sits within a well-established FIG franchise, the Associate / VP will play a key role in transaction execution, client interaction and managing junior team members, while supporting senior bankers on origination and strategic advisory.Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution of M&A and advisory transactions across FIG sectorsOversee financial modelling, valuation and preparation of client materialsSupport pitch processes and client relationship developmentWork closely with senior bankers and external advisors throughout the deal lifecycleCandidate Profile4–9 years’ experience in investment banking within a Financial Institutions teamStrong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution experienceComfortable managing workstreams and junior team membersThis is an excellent opportunity to join a high-quality FIG platform with strong deal flow and senior client exposure.
