🎬 WE’RE HIRING: COMMERCIAL FILMMAKER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR — DUBAIEstative is looking for a talented, professionally trained filmmaker to lead the creative direction of our commercial and digital video content.We are looking for someone who combines cinematic storytelling, commercial thinking and strong talent direction — from concept and script to production and final execution.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Develop concepts for commercials, campaigns and branded content• Create stories, scripts, treatments and storyboards• Direct commercial ads, short films and digital productions• Direct actors, celebrities, influencers, TV presenters, models and professional talent• Confidently manage and communicate with high-profile personalities on set• Lead shoots and coordinate videographers, editors and production teams• Translate marketing objectives into strong visual stories• Create cinematic content for digital campaigns, social media and advertising• Maintain a premium and consistent creative standard across Estative contentWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR• Minimum 2 years of formal professional education in Filmmaking, Film Production, Directing, Cinematography or a related field from a recognized film school or university. Graduates of institutions such as SAE Institute, New York Film Academy, London Film School, NYU Tisch, USC School of Cinematic Arts, AFI Conservatory or equivalent programs are preferred.• 3+ years professional filmmaking experience• Proven experience in commercial advertising, branded content and short films• Experience working with actors, celebrities, TV personalities, presenters or high-profile talent is highly preferred• Strong storytelling, scripting and storyboarding ability• Strong understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting, sound and editing• Confident directing performances and managing demanding personalities• Professional, creative and able to lead a production independently• Excellent English• Arabic is a strong advantage• Strong professional portfolio/showreel requiredWe want a filmmaker who can create the idea, tell the story, direct the talent and deliver commercial content at a premium standard.PACKAGEAED 12,000–15,000/month + performance bonus📍 Dubai, UAE🏢 Estative Technologies Ltd — DIFC🗓 Full-time | 📩 Apply with your CV + showreel/portfolio, including examples of commercial ads, branded content, short films, TV productions or work involving professional talent.
