Candidates with UAE Banking experience.Role-Finacle Business Analyst - Location: Dubai-Exp-5- 10 Years UAE Banking experience.Minimum 3–5 years hands-on experience in Finacle Core BankingJob Description –Business Analyst (BA) Role SummaryThe Finacle Business Analyst will act as a key liaison between Business and IT, responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, customization support, and delivery of Finacle-related initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing core banking capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs, and supporting integration with digital and external systems.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD/FSD, use cases, process flows)Provide functional expertise on Finacle (10.x / 11.x) modules – CASA, Loans, Payments, CIFDefine and validate functional solutions, ensuring alignment with Finacle product capabilitiesCollaborate with technical teams for customization and integration design (APIs, middleware, external systems)Prepare test scenarios, support SIT/UAT, and ensure business signoffsAssist in production issue analysis, RCA validation, and defect resolutionEnsure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirementsCoordinate with stakeholders (Business, IT, Vendors) and manage communication/escalationsExperience & Qualifications5–10 years of overall experienceMinimum 3–5 years hands-on experience in Finacle Core BankingBachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred)Key SkillsStrong functional knowledge of Finacle (10.x / 11.x)Banking domain expertise (Retail / Corporate Banking)Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and testingUnderstanding of integrations (APIs, middleware, data flows)Basic SQL / database knowledgeStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
