This position is responsible for:Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. TManage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and expense tracking. Maintain records, support month-end and year-end closing, and generate financial reports for internal stakeholders through Zoho Books. Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to provide analytical insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen financial controls and transparency.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in preparing and analyzing financial statements and a solid foundation in finance principles.Candidates should possess advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Zoho Books accounting tool, used for bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation.Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to present financial information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local regulatory requirements in the UAE and India.Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in an education, technology, or startup environment is beneficial.
