Accounts Manager – Heavy Equipment DivisionLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEGaladari Trucks & Heavy Equipment (GTHE) is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our Abu Dhabi team and play a key role in managing financial operations, costing, pricing and commercial reporting within our Heavy Equipment division.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong commercial acumen and proven experience within heavy equipment, machinery, construction equipment or heavy industrial sectors.The Position: Manage the day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accurate financial reporting and commercial support.Oversee costing and pricing activities for heavy machinery, equipment and related business operations.Prepare pricing calculations by analysing equipment costs, margins, depreciation, asset values and commercial considerations.Provide financial insights to support business decisions, profitability analysis and operational improvements.Develop a strong understanding of product portfolios, machinery specifications, lifecycle costs and market factors impacting pricing strategies.Support monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.Work closely with the Financial Controller and business stakeholders to drive financial performance.Lead and support a team of three intermediate finance professionals based in Abu Dhabi.Support process improvements and implementation of new financial systems including Infor EDP.Assist with the transition into GTHE’s upcoming new Abu Dhabi office environment.About You:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.Ideally CA / CPA qualified or part-qualified.8+ years’ experience in accounting, commercial finance, costing or financial management roles.Proven experience working within heavy equipment, machinery, construction equipment, power generation or heavy industrial environments.Strong experience in equipment costing, pricing, financial analysis and commercial decision support.Strong understanding of asset depreciation, equipment lifecycle costing and profitability analysis.Experience managing or mentoring finance teams.Excellent communication and verbal skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into commercial insights.Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Infor EDP or similar systems would be advantageous.Benefits:Annual performance-based bonus.Company vehicle provided.Fuel allowance and Salik coverage.Comprehensive medical insuranceL&D opportunities to growAbout UsGaladari Trucks & Heavy equipment is a flagship subsidiary of Galadari Brothers, and the market leader in providing heavy earthmoving, construction, heavy duty trucks and materials handling equipment for over 40 years in the United Arab emirates.
